The Christmas Ships parade passes both of our marinas in December, so we open the docks for the night: boats lit up and open to walk through, the parade going by out front, somewhere warm to stand.

It is two separate evenings, one in each city. Portland is first, on the Columbia at Hayden Island. Seattle follows nine days later on Lake Union. Come to whichever is closer, or come to both.

Free, no tickets. Bring the family. If you can, bring a new, unwrapped toy for the toy drive.

Portland: Friday, December 4

Sundance Marina, Hayden Island

Docks open 6 to 9 pm. The Christmas Ships parade starts at 7 and comes down the Columbia past the marina a little after.

Seattle: Sunday, December 13

Docks open 6 to 9 pm. The Lake Union parade starts at 7 and passes our Westlake docks a little after.

Which boats will be open

We will have the lineup on the docks in each city closer to the date. If there is a boat you want to see, tell your Sundance rep or send us a note and we will make sure it is open that night.
