Custom Model: Floating Shop — no boat well. The structure measures 16.5 ft × 39.5 ft overall. Rather than a traditional boat well, the full footprint is open floor space, making it function as a covered floating workspace or storage facility.
Features
This is the most affordable covered floating structure at Rodgers Marina — low overhead, easy to manage, and secure. Without a well, it's a blank canvas: equally useful as a workshop, gear storage, or a covered base of operations right on the Columbia River.
Photos show the space as currently occupied by an active tenant. The floating shop will be cleared out prior to the April 15th move-in date.
