This is an extremely capable and extremely comfortable classic from Californian Yachts. This is the model that put Californian on the map back in the '70s and '80s, this being the 136th 42 LRC built. This model was and still is very popular from Mexico to Alaska and has a solid reputation for seaworthiness. It is built on a solid fiberglass hull and unlike some of the earlier models features fiberglass decks.

This 42' LRC features a tri-cabin layout with the salon, lower helm, galley, and dinette up and in the middle. Forward lies the guest stateroom which features two bunks and a private head with full shower. Aft of the salon is the huge master stateroom and huge private master head. The master stateroom is full beam and has two berths, the port side being the larger of the two. The master head is very spacious with a full tub/shower.

The boat has been very well cared for. The current owner bought the boat in very good condition and has spent about every weekend since improving it even further. New carpet, drapery, upholstery, fridge/freezer, T.V., custom mattress in the master, and much more.

The options list includes a diesel furnace, water maker, generator, inverter, radar, autopilot, dinghy, complete canvas covers for the boat, and more. This 42' LRC is turn-key, ready to cruise!
