Sundance was started in 1972 as a boat yard. Since then it has grown into 4 marinas, 3 boat dealerships and a service company called Rodgers Marine and Electronics. It is a 3rd generation company operated by the Buck Family. The famil is heavily invovled in the day to day. We have many long term employees. Some over 30 and even 40 years. In this job you would get training and mentorship from Mike Ryther. A 30 year operator of this equipment that knows every aspect of the job and is beloved throughout the company and the boating community.

This job require operating heavy machinery. The Sundnace Dry Storage Facility houses up to 400 boats 20 - 30 feet on a rack system. The boats are moved from the racks to the launch with fork lifts. This job also uses a marine travel lift to move boats from 30 -70 feet from the water to the yard.

You will need to be able to move boats around the marina as well. All of this needs to be done carefully to prevent damage and to keep everybody safe.
