We ordered a Jeanneau NC 895 through Sundance. The factory itself is working through production volume issues which resulted in a delay of 8 - 10 weeks. Sundance more than made up for the delays through service and concessions. When we outgrow the 895 we'll be back at Sundance for the 1095. We worked with Andrew as our sales associate, and he was very responsive to all of our quires and needs.

After a season of boat shows and going to different dealers, I finally found a home at Sundance. My salesperson - Rob - was more of a consultant. I never felt pressure or that I was taking up too much time (and I looked at a lot of boats). All the sales guys worked together, knew what I wanted, and found the perfect boat for my price range. If you get a chance, make sure you also meet Mike in the marina or Chelsey and Casey in the office. You can just tell what a great business Sundance is by how truly friendly and caring everyone is. I want to go fishing with Mike someday, sounds like he slays 'em. I'm already making plans to trade up to a Merry Fisher Marlin in a couple years. Congrats to Rick for putting together such a great team!! (I saw some negative posts about management, and am here to say that I cannot fathom where they came from. That wasn't my experience at all. I contacted Sundance and worked with our sales rep, John Comer, early last Spring. He was very pleasant to meet and work with. John showed us a beautiful Sea Ray 21.5 cuddy craft. It was a perfect boat for us. After a fun test drive on the water, and a complete tour of the clubhouse, we were sold. My family has enjoyed swimming and hanging out at the Sundance Clubhouse. We keep our boat stored in the Sundance warehouse, and appreciate the security it provides. All of the Sundance staff are very pleasant and helpful, and boating has become the true highlight for us! Great facility. I have kept my boat here in dry storage since I moved to the PNW 13 years ago. Sundance lifts my boat into the water when I use it and then lifts it back out of the water when I am finished. They have a nice place for working on your boat also.
